Shipping:

•  Shipping in Canada and the U.S. starts at $8.00 (CAD) and everywhere else $11 (CAD) depending on how much you order. 
• Packages are shipped out 1-7 working days after you order has been placed.
• Pickup is also available in Niagara Falls, ON. You can leave a note when checking out, send us a message on our Instagram or email us through [email protected].
• Shipping takes around 3-12 business days within Canada and and the United States + international shipping takes around 5-15 business days. Please note that these are estimated days of arrival and may take longer due to the pandemic. We are not responsible for any lost packages and you may contact Canada Post for more details.

Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 7 days in which you received your package. You will have to pay for postage, however, a full refund will be compensated if the product is in good condition,
• We are a small business, so please do not buy a product with the intention of returning it. 

Care:

• Please avoid exposure to direct sunlight, water, or chemicals (perfume, lotion, etc.) to maintain the colours.
• Some of our jewelry is gold and silver plated meaning it may tarnish over time. To remove tarnish, simply soak jewelry in baking soda and warm water until clean or a jewelry cloth can be substituted.
